  • SCLT certified as a Community Development Corporation by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

  • Invested in the growth of Somerville residents through Municipal Engagement Initiative by Citizens Housing And Planning Association

  • Deepened our relationship with Community Action Agency of Somerville and through Rooted In Somerville

  • Will have begun renovations at 12 Pleasant Ave to create 6 more permanently affordable homeownership opportunities to first time homebuyer families

  • Welcomed the birth of Pearl Executive Director’s Ben Baldwin
